We are celebrating NSPCC Number day, with the following intentions

-To provide pupils with opportunities to expand upon and develop their mental, practical, problem solving and reasoning skills. In school, at home or as part of the wider community.

-To challenge mathematical thinking or consolidate knowledge through questioning, enrichment opportunities, cross curricular link identification and extension activities.

The challenge this year is to measure our own footprints. Pupils can use rulers, lego, counting blocks, pokemon cards etc. Completed footprints will be displayed during assembly and we will measure how far around the hall we can get with our footprints.
