We are celebrating ‘individuality.’ All classes will be reading ‘Giraffe’s can’t dance, teaching us about accepting that everyone is different as well as embracing our own difference/individuality and building confidence and self-esteem. Events today will also include dancing competitions during Squiggle sessions, in math’s pupils will be looking at symmetrical giraffe patterns and measuring giraffe heights, in science pupils will be looking at giraffes in virtual zoos around the country and learning about this mammal and finally a jungle themed sensory circuit will be accessible in the hall for pupils in the morning.
